My order
How can I know if my order has been successfully validated?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided when validating your order.
If, for any reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@boutique.so
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped (unless it is a press shipment), a La Poste, Colissimo or Mondial Relay tracking number is sent to you in the shipping confirmation email to track your package.
If your order is for a magazine also sold at newsstands, shipping is free, but therefore doesn't include tracking. So you'll have to hope it doesn't get lost somewhere in their warehouse and keep a close eye on the postman's route.
Barring any malfunctions at our service provider, our deliveries take place within 4-5 working days.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it or modify it without any hassle. Just send us an email as soon as possible to contact@boutique.so to find out.
For your information, order processing times vary between a few hours and a maximum of 5 days.
Where is my order being prepared?
All our orders are prepared either within Paris or in the Parisian suburbs.
Boutique.so works with three different service providers:

Seiche Impressions in Paris 11th arrondissement offers textiles (sweatshirts, t-shirts, socks), fashion accessories (caps, bucket hats, sandals, tote bags), mugs and soon water bottles.

The Sprint group in Gennevilliers & Alfortville for photographic printing on paper, dibond, plexiglass and posters

Balloon trips to Versailles for the “Maradona Napoli” jersey collector's set
For everything else (books, magazines, puzzles, calendars and replica jersey sets with the Dutch brand Copa or the English brand Toffs) the packages are prepared and sent from the editorial office of So Press (So Foot, Tampon, Pédale, 40-A, Society, So Good, Tsugi, Big Bang…) located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery is offered for orders over €60 (only for France).
They are also offered as part of a press shipment, i.e. if you order online from our shop a magazine sold at a newsstand or which has been sold at a newsstand.
For mainland France, delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the shipping method chosen:

from €3.49 for 250 grams to €12.99 € for 10 kilos at a Mondial Relay point

International delivery charges depend on the destination country and are shown during checkout.
What is your average delivery time?
As each product is prepared and embroidered/printed by hand from different locations depending on its nature, shipping times may vary considerably.
On average, deliveries are made in 4-5 working days, but the delivery time for orders can vary between 2 and 20 days, depending on the nature of the product, the processing time of your order, the delivery method chosen and your address (Paris, Ile-de-France, France, Europe, abroad…).
Note well: if you order several items of a different nature (example: a book and a mug or a photo frame and a t-shirt), you will receive your order in two parts and as many packages, because as indicated above, they are manufactured/stored and shipped from different locations.
Do you offer click & collect?
Not yet, but work is underway to automate the process and soon offer you this free service at the end of your order.

How does the delivery process work?
Our deliveries take place within 4-5 working days.
As soon as your order is shipped, a La Poste tracking number is sent to you in the shipping confirmation email to track your package.
Do you deliver worldwide?
No, we deliver to mainland France, overseas departments and regions, to countries of the European Union and some international countries.

How are our products shipped?

T-shirts
Each order is directly inserted into an eco-friendly 45 x 32 cm shipping bag made of D2W biodegradable materials, which is water-resistant and compostable.
In addition to the eco-friendly packaging, the t-shirt is wrapped in tissue paper for extra protection. For environmental reasons, we chose to forgo plastic blister packaging.

Executives
Each frame includes the requested print and its mat, placed directly inside the frame under the plexiglass, all wrapped in protective bubble wrap. Shipped in a double-walled brown cardboard postal envelope (70% recycled) for framing (small size: 34 x 42 cm / medium size: 55 x 66 cm / large size: 66 x 82 cm) with an opening on the long side and a reinforced closure.

Books
Each book is inserted into a large, sturdy, padded sleeve with protective bubble wrap or kraft paper.

Mugs
Each mug is packaged in a special mug cardboard box with integrated padding made from 70% recycled paper.
What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address or made a mistake in the contact details?
Once the order has been placed, we have very little time to change an address and, unfortunately, if your package has already been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery address for you.
If you find that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at Contact us at contact@boutique.so , including your order details and correct address. We will try to help you as much as possible!
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you are not home when the mail carrier or delivery person attempts delivery, don't worry: either the package will fit in your mailbox and there's no problem, or it won't, in which case a delivery notice will be left with all the necessary information to collect it. You must then go to the indicated post office within 10 business days, bringing the delivery notice left by the mail carrier and a piece of identification to collect your package.
More than a week has passed since the order without delivery: what should I do?
During periods of high activity or holidays, we may need a few extra days to process orders compared to the timeframe indicated above.
It can also happen that a package is lost after being handed over to the carrier or that, for some reason, the package is held at the warehouse. If you still haven't received your package after 2 weeks, please don't hesitate to contact us by email at contact@boutique.so and we will do our best to help you.
I only received part of my package. Is this normal?
Yes, this can happen if you ordered several products from different suppliers. To prevent your products from spoiling during storage or wasting unsold stock, your products are manufactured only when the order is placed and shipped directly from the factory. So, don't worry if there's a slight difference in delivery time.
However, if after 2 weeks you still haven't received your entire package, please don't hesitate to contact us by email at contact@boutique.so and we will do our best to help you.
Our products
Where and how are our clothes produced?
Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton from Stanley/Stella, a brand renowned for its environmental commitment. This cotton, free from GMOs and chemicals, uses less water than conventional cotton and supports sustainable farming practices. Stanley/Stella guarantees ethical and responsible production, with factories that are GOTS-certified and audited by the Fair Wear Foundation. The manufacturing process adheres to the strictest environmental and social standards on the market, from cotton cultivation to the finished product.
The printing is done locally in Paris by Seiche Impression, a workshop committed to an eco-friendly approach, with no stock production and therefore no waste. This provider operates within a short supply chain and uses ECO PASSPORT certified inks by OEKO-TEX, guaranteeing the absence of toxic substances. Thanks to this responsible production chain, each garment is printed to order and shipped immediately, minimizing environmental impact.

Where and how are our photographic prints made?
Our environmental commitment goes far beyond choosing responsible textiles: it also extends to the printing of our designs. That's why we selected the Sprint Group and its Demaille division, based in Alfortville. As the leading French printing group, their expertise is undeniable, but it was above all their eco-friendly approach that caught our attention. All their sites are Imprim'Vert certified , guaranteeing rigorous management of hazardous waste, precise energy monitoring, the use of paper from sustainably managed forests, and active employee awareness training on environmental issues.
Their approach is rooted in a commitment to enhanced sustainability: a green electricity contract with EDF, rainwater harvesting, heat recovery from machinery, a heat pump for air conditioning… Furthermore, they hold dual CSR certifications from ImpriFrance (Gold level) and Rexcelys , recognizing their dedication to continuous improvement in quality and overall performance. A partner that truly shares our values.

Can I pre-order a product or order from somewhere other than the website?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a product, and all our orders are placed through the boutique.so website .
I'm unsure about the size, what should I do?
Under each item's product page, you will find a size guide where you can find precise information.
Our products fit true to size; we recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
To help you choose the right size, the garment's cut is also indicated in the product details.
Payment
How can I pay for my purchases?
On the So Boutique , you can pay with credit and debit cards, American Express or with Paypal .
What measures are in place to secure the payment?
Payment is 100% secure: no banking information is transmitted or stored by our site. Your order is registered as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
Payments are secured through Shopify Secure.
How can I be sure that my payment has been accepted?
After receiving your payment, we will send you an email summarizing your order and the total amount of your purchases. You will then receive a second email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Exchange and refund
My order is not suitable/I would like to exchange my product, is that possible?
Is the print or frame defective? Is there a problem? Are you not satisfied with the quality? Did you choose the wrong size? Returns are free via our partner Coliback and their form.
Simply send us an email to Contact us at contact@boutique.so explaining the problem and we will send you the photo print, t-shirt, book... as quickly as possible!
My order is defective, what should I do?
In this case, please contact us at the address Contact us at contact@boutique.so , indicating your order number. You can also provide us with photos of the product defect to expedite the process. We will work together to find the best solution for your problem.
