This month of October does not rhyme with monotony. Although the temperatures may be decreasing, although we may be having a second international break since the restart, we plan to take advantage and have fun at all costs. This is why this month, we have put together a small selection of four new limited edition prints. From the slalom of Javier 'El Flaco' Pastore who overcomes Chelsea (damn return match), a photo of King Pelé who celebrates his goal in the final of the 70 World Cup, young Chinese who learn to play football and a tribute to the legend Gerd Müller who left us last month. We start our selection with an Argentinian genius (once is not customary). No question here of Messi or Maradona. We are honoring one of the former favorites of the Parc des Princes , we have named… Javier Pastore . The wonderful intermittent from South American entertainment will have spent 7 seasons with the Parisian club, full of ups and downs. But what will remain in the collective memory is this evening in April 2014, against Chelsea, in the Champions League , where he slipped into the small spaces dear to Grégoire Margotton before scoring a goal from an angle impossible against Petr Cech. The Park is in a trance .

We continue with a photo of the King. Pele, of course . The Brazilian is not performing one of his many feats on the pitch. He recovers. It must be said that winning three World Cups is tiring. In this photo, the striker relaxes in the locker room of his club Santos after training with the team during his final season at the club in 1974 . An aesthetic photo that exudes something soothing: the rest of the warrior whose body is bruised by the sport to which he has dedicated his life... Well, we are perhaps going a little far in the interpretation but that's our side romantic.
 
Direction China , for a photo more anonymous than the previous one but no less impressive . For World Football Day, celebrated here on September 12, 2020 , a large number of children completed a training session side by side on a beautiful synthetic pitch. The result is visually striking and it is all the symmetry and organization that emerge from this photo that makes it so atypical and pleasant to look at . 

We end this beautiful selection for the month of October with a necessary tribute . The legend Gerd Müller has passed away and leaves behind many memories. Among them in particular, that of a victory in the 1974 World Cup final with a goal against Johan Cruyff's Holland . His special "rotten pivot shot which ends up in the helpless goalkeeper's little net" will be remembered. A gesture labeled Der Bomber.
